Google has started displaying the Google Guaranteed label on business listings within Google Maps.

There are numerous posts at GMB forums and the Local Search Forum about Review Replies disappearing. This appears unrelated to the reviews disappearing issue last week. We're watching for a resolution. It seems quite random, and not ALL review replies…

Google released a few Map features, but the most interesting feature for the Local SEO community is the live status of takeout and delivery orders.

A member of the LocalSearchForum.com noticed that the messages have disappeared from the App's "request a quote" feature. Joy thinks its a technical issue - will keep watching it.

Colan spotted this - its a new link in the GMB Dashboard under insights that takes you to the new reporting.

We now see examples that the Answer can be cut off after 440 characters.

Update: Google has identified the issue and missing Google reviews should show up in the next 24 hours

There appears to be an issue right now with reviews not publishing. Joy is waiting to hear back from Google on it and will keep this thread updated:
