As reported by Barry Schwartz at Search Engine Land - Google has rolled out the side-by-side map and 3-pack results to most users. Google confirmed the change and said it would become more visible as it continues to roll out.

Google now lets searchers filter the local search listings for healthcare providers; facilities, doctors, etc by the types of insurances accepted and if they speak your language.
