[Comparison] The 12 Google My Business Bookings Feature Partners
It’s been a few months now since Google (re)introduced the bookings feature to Google My Business. We have had some interest in the feature from some of our clients but were initially unable to answer the myriad of questions that they have about the new feature and the dozen or so scheduling partners. Since there doesn’t seem to be a single source that provides information about the scheduling partners I thought it would be useful to put something together. This has been useful for us so we wanted to share our findings with you in the hopes that it provides some value to you as well.
The table below compares some of the basic, but important elements such as price and which verticals each scheduling partner serves. Below the table is a quick analysis of each partners features.

More To Come
We will be adding to this post as Google adds more scheduling partners.

Wow, such great work researching this topic!
Surprised https://www.gettimely.com/ is not on the list, I hope a second batch of platforms get introduced next year. I don’t use it, but their site says it works with Xero, Vend, Quickbooks, MYOB, Mailchimp, WordPress and Stripe. Which is awesome. And they have a partner program.
So I checked out some of the top ones you mention and I am not impressed enough to offer to sell it as a solution.
Full Slate – No partner/reseller program, no mentions CRM but no mention of Zapier or syncing with other platforms. Just quickbooks, no Xero. Says Stripe integration is only available for USA, Canada and UK (I’m in Australia).
Appointly – No partner/reseller program, no Stripe integration, help area of website is difficult to navigate. The funny thing is they have a blog post about the RwG program: https://blog.appointy.com/2017/10/26/choose-perfect-scheduling-partner-reserve-google/ and the first question is “Does your scheduling partner have all the functions you need?” and my answer is that no, you don’t unfortunately.
Wellness Living – Interesting platform, great website design, but it’s pretty pricey. No SMS outside of Canada/USA. Not sure if their “whitelabel” option is a reseller program or just for individual clients to remove their branding. No help section in regards to accounting or other integrations.
Hi Adam, glad you enjoyed it and thank you for providing some additional insight! I actually wanted to add Zapier and API integrations as the next thing to look into. We are on the same page there. Google will be adding more partners to the list over time. You can actually see some of the “coming soon” partners here – https://www.google.com/maps/reserve/partners I believe there are also some partners that only show-up if you are in the UK, for example – https://www.bookatable.co.uk/
Hello……Which partners can handle Hotel or Hostel bookings……And any of them work bookings systems like freetobook, cloudbeds?
This was so helpful! Thank you!
You’re welcome, Tiffani!
