She has an eclectic background, combining over a decade of serving experience in the fast-paced fine dining industry with several years of meticulous operational coordination in higher education. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a diploma in Performing Arts, she takes an analytical and investigative approach to her work, tempered by curiosity and exploration. She is convinced that if she can figure out matrix algebra after 16 years out of school, she can do anything.
In her spare time, Lindsay frequents the farmer’s market, sips local brews, and enjoys quiet walks in nature. If you want to get on Lindsay’s good side, you can bribe her with scones or croissants. Just don’t buy them from the grocery store. Lindsay is a pastry snob.
